Pathwell ("we", "us") sells digital guides and other educational PDF products to buyers in Nigeria and abroad. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

  • Order details: your name, email address, and country when you buy.
  • Messages you send us: for example, when you email us for support or a refund.
  • Website data: technical information such as your device, browser, and which pages you visited, collected through cookies and similar tools.
Payments: payments are processed by Selar. We do not see or store your card or bank details. Selar's own privacy policy applies to the payment information you give them.

How we use it

  • To deliver your purchase and send your receipt and download links.
  • To answer your questions and process refunds.
  • To improve our website and guides.
  • To send you emails about your purchase and, where you have agreed, occasional helpful tips and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To measure and improve our advertising, as explained under "Cookies and advertising" below.

Cookies and advertising

Our website may use cookies and tools such as analytics and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel. These help us understand how visitors use the site and show our ads to people who may find them useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Pathwell, such as Selar (payments and delivery), our email service, website hosting, and analytics and advertising platforms, and where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you, handle refunds and disputes, and meet legal and accounting requirements. We then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us at hello@pathwell.online and we will respond within a reasonable time. We handle personal information in line with applicable data protection laws, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, and, for visitors elsewhere, the laws that apply to you.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our products are written for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

International visitors

We are based in Nigeria, and your information may be processed in Nigeria and in other countries where our service providers operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
