We sell digital educational products, such as PDF guides, templates, and bonus materials, and may offer related services such as review sessions. Each product is described on its own page. Products are delivered electronically.
Payments are processed by Selar. Prices are shown in Naira (₦) or US dollars ($) and may change. After payment you receive access to your downloads on the confirmation page and by email. If you do not receive your files, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us.

When you buy, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own personal use. You may not copy, resell, share, upload, or distribute our products or any part of them, including to groups or other websites, without our written permission.
All content, designs, and materials from Pathwell belong to us or our licensors. Buying a product does not transfer ownership.
If we invite you to a community group, you agree to be respectful, not to spam, advertise, or share scams, and not to share paid materials. We may remove anyone who breaks these rules.
Our products may mention websites, tools, and organisations we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or availability. Always check an opportunity or offer yourself before you pay anyone or share personal information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pathwell is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
